Perfect location to the sphere!

Nest to the Sphere & walking distance to the strip. Villas are family friendly or great to share with 4 people

First time visiting this property & loved the experience! It was less than a 10 minute straight shot to the Sphere. Every staff member we dealt with deserves 5 stars! Bonus having a full size washer & dryer available in our suite.

Great location if you’re going to the Sphere, you can walk across the parking lot to it. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was basically an apartment. The beds were uncomfortable, but otherwise it was a nice place. Enjoyed the pool right outside our door, but the hot tub was out of service. I specifically asked for a ground floor unit as there is not an elevator, but was booked into a 3rd floor unit. They said that they had this noted in their special instructions, but for some reason it was ignored when assigning our unit. Fortunately they had a ground floor unit that they moved us to, otherwise we could not have stayed here (70+ year old people don’t climb 3 flights of stairs when it’s 107 degrees out). Be aware that this is a time share property. However, after I immediately made it clear that we had no interest in a purchase, that we just wanted the keys to our unit, they did not push which we appreciated. Nice little restaurant on site with good breakfast, good burgers and pizza. Overall pleased with our stay and would stay again if the bed was replaced.

Great property and very close to the Sphere.

Perfect location and very friendly staff.

However, there are a few drawbacks. The unit is quite dated and not very clean. Dust had accumulated on the doors, baseboards, and lamps. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to the third floor. The hot tub was out of order while we were there at end of June. The staff at the checkout counter was not very friendly. We didn’t realize this was a time share/vacation ownership property and we were pressured to attend a 1.5-hour presentation in exchange for $200. Cedric and a friendly female staff member who gave us the room keys were attentive and helpful.

The rooms were nice and clean. The property is kept up. I like that you can walk out the back gate and you’re right at the sphere parking lot.

No elevators available in the villa complexes though, however, yge staff does provide help with luggage if needed.

We had a great stay. Their were a few issues with our condo throughout the week we were there. However the staff were fast and efficient with taking care of any and all issues. The place is gigantic but the trolleys in the front were very helpful. All the staff were amazing chatted made sure to say hello. Went above and beyond if we couldn't find something that we needed. Very family friendly environment but never felt like it was overrun by children. The view of the sphere that we had from our room was spectacular and we woke up with this sphere emoji every morning. We had a couple of smokers in our group and they found that there could have been more designated smoking areas than there were, but we weren't really bothered by anybody as long as we were in the parking lots. We are very happy with our decision today at this resort and if and when we go back to Vegas we will definitely stay here again.

Great location right next to The Sphere! Staff was very helpful, and The Marketplace in the basement was awesome!

Back gate easy access to Sphere. Don’t buy breakfast. Rest tiny so just had to buy goodies at snack stand.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here while in Vegas for a concert at Sphere. Location is perfect for that and the room was actually nice and had plenty of space. The laundry was great which was with the room and the room overall was well layout out and felt like there was plenty of space. Had everything you needed.
