Pool was amazing.

Pool was fantastic

We LOVE Cancun - I’ve been taking my kids there since 2007 - but I was a little taken aback by the level of service from the front desk when a problem was reported. The ice machine in Bldg 2 was out on my floor. I got ice from floor 1 until the next day. On Saturday morning at 8:30 - I tried to get ice again - it was still out so I called. I was politely informed that there were machines on each floor. I responded that I’d already found that out. I was told they would have someone check it out. By Sunday afternoon - there was only ice on the 3rd floor. I’ve stayed at other time share hotels and once a problem was reported - housekeeping brought over a bag of ice. The fridge didn’t have an ice maker - if it did - that would have been the solution. Now - they came immediately with blankets and pillows but a broken machine that was supposed to service the entire floor was never attended to. That wasn’t the Cancun resort I remembered

Game room for the kids

Perfect spot for a Vegas trip with kids. The pool slides kept them entertained along with the rec room. It was nice to have the kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch before heading out for evening activities.

The biggest issue I had was the hard bed. It was hard to get rest because the bed was uncomfortable. Either way, I came for the pool and that was wonderful.

Always great place to stay. And well priced.

I was asking for a quiet room and the receptionist gave me the most noisy room instead. And I had to ask for a change lately. During this messy room transmission, I lost my prescribed sunglasses in the noisy room. And they couldn’t find it for me. This was a terrible experience. The hotel is good, but the receptionist needs to be fired.

Great hotel for families

Great location with stores and gas stations close to the resort. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We plan on booking there again in the future.

This is my go to every time I’m in Vegas. Never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone for a awesome family trip
