Grandview at Las Vegas

Didn’t like shower. Very weak stream of water and floor very slippery. Bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs and it was very noisy. Couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen not well equipped.

Great property with great amenities the full kitchen and washer dryer combo was so convenient for our family trip. The pools were amazing and staff was very helpful. Really enjoyed the daily activities they had.

The host who checked me in name Jet was very friendly and helpful. It is a great location for entertainment. Across from southpoint Movies, bowling, and the casino

Called for housekeeping several times to bring a plunger, fresh towels. Had to walk to the housekeeping carts just to get the stuff we needed.

I like that it was spacey and it actually was a condo for a very great price. Customer service was on point overall 10 out of 10.

It was family friendly, we enjoyed the low price and the two bedroom suite. The check in process was frustrating and disappointing. The text communication was fine until they stopped responding when I complained that our check in process was not good. The ice machine on the first floor in building 4 Daisy is broken. I checked in the day before via a text link I was sent. When I arrived I was told to go to a desk to the right but nobody was there. I asked an employee he said to wait in the long time with everyone else. Then after waiting I was told to go to the desk that I tried going to where nobody was and that I did not need to wait in line. Then we get up to our room and our key card only worked for one room not the other. We waited over an hour for the other keycards. Overall, room was clean and good for staying with a large family. The pool was nice but we couldn’t order food to be brought out because internet was down.

6/10 for value.

Great stay away from the strip. Very nice, clean and extra room. The pull out couch mattress was really thin. But that would be the only negative if the stay. Everything else was great.

Suite was clean and comfortable. Checking in was slow. Las Vegas is very hot 114 degrees while we were there and the hotel turns off the air conditioning in elevators to save money. That is a HUGE PROBLEM everyone was complaining about it. This property makes plenty of money and should Never turn off the air conditioning in the summer with this kind of heat! I feel we should be given a partial refund for the inconvenience and the exhaustion that it caused my family. This action could cause serious illness to people.
