Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

We booked a suite for more space, but the room was dirty! They only provided three towels, even though the room was for five people! The carpet was torn! The balcony door wouldn't close! There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling! The sink was clogged! The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough, no matter how low you set it.

Nice large suite, clean. The whole hotels within an indoor atrium that is climate controlled and the breakfast is awesome. Great for a family.

The hotel is an older structure but then again older hotels had their own unique look. Was a welcome change from all the other newer hotels. Room was big with a living room and a separate room with a conference room table, Very spacious, Staff including the Restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel rooms are little outdated.

Unfortunately this property was not we expected. Need some update and take care of suite. The sink and bathroom was clogged. The title on the bathroom with mold stains . Clean poor , the breakfast until 9:00 am. OMG we are on vacation. The offer option to other room we decided to look first and decide to reject the offer due the same conditions. We request a refund and the general manager refuse to this . We prefer loose our money and change for another hotel. Hilton should have been evaluated this hotel under your flag or branding.

We got there and the pool (and hot tub) were terrible. Small and weirdly placed. If you like swimming in a bathtub with a ton of other people in a dimly lit room, this is it! The room was also awful, the AC barely worked and it smelled funny. Found a pretzel on the floor in plain sight. It was so bad we got out of our second night and stayed elsewhere. The only good thing here is the breakfast. It definitely was above average. Otherwise, we’re done with embassy suites.

We checked in and everything went very well as we got to our room we were even more pleased with the room size thank you so much. Breakfast was delicious! See you again soon.

Very nice staff. Good A/C. Room was comfortable. Some of the construction skills were questionable, but overall a good stay.

Everything was great! Brandon, our shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful. He provided useful information about our stay and things to do around town. Breakfast was great.

It was near all the stores that we wanted to go to, as well as the main strip. We were only given one toilet paper roll for our two nights three day stay I had to call the front desk twice
