Arizona Charlie's Decatur

The location was very good, we liked the convenience of having Dennys and Dunkin’ Donuts in the facility and the stores nearby. The house cleaners are nice and friendly. The front desk are not that friendly at all. Another negative thing is the smoke smell as you enter the registration area then into the hotel units (if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke smell). It would be good if there is a way to not allow smoking in the near vicinity of the registration area. Another suggestion is to put microwave inside the unit.

Room was pretty clean but smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom was not well cleaned. Casino has a lot to offer but I was told not to play there because you never win much

I like to start off by saying I had a wonderful time as always when I go to Vegas. And I stay at Arizona, charlie's. They treat you like your family. Take care of me very well. And I have chicken and waffles. Sent to everybody from the restaurant that I just purchased in Vegas. So I enjoy every time I go there. One of the ladies that stand out at check-in. I believe her name is Ms. Lisa very sweet young lady needs a raised. I told her that she should come work for me. Laugh out loud, very good employee? Thank you very much for sharing her with us every time we stay in your hotel, I ask that you guys continue to bless people as they walk through your doors and continue to let go and let god direct your path amen. from king david.

Checking was great. The front desk was helpful. As soon as we got into our room, we noticed they only had two blankets. We spoke to the lady that was cleaning the rooms at the time. She was very rude stating that they didn’t have extra blankets. Also, we asked her if it was possible to get extra toilet paper since there was only one row in our room, we were traveling with four people and she got very upset and just basically‘s the toilet paper to us very rude made the first day they are very uncomfortable. Also they post on there that there’s a pool which does not work. They also said there’s gonna be live music which there wasn’t. The second night we noticed a couple trying to open the car doors. I saw it from the window of my room and ran down to try to stop them before they got to mine. They took off after that. We really didn’t feel safe around there if you’re taking kids this isn’t the place for you guys. You’re better off spending a little bit more for your safety. probably won’t ever be coming back to this hotel.

The staff were great. Friendly and accomodating, the closure of Sourdough Cafe is not their fault. Sourdough Cafe was replaced with a Denny's. I used to love Arizona Charlie's Decatur, but it's nothing without Sourdough Cafe. I will never be returning.
