Breakfast was cold - need to have better way to keep warm foods warm

Good sized room Description said pets welcome but may require extra fee at property. That extra fee was $75 for a small Chihuahua and we made sure he didn't make a mess at all. They said it may be up to $75 for the pet cleaning fee (had to pay $100 deposit) if the dog makes a mess. We've stayed at other hotels in the area that allowed pets without getting charged like this (3 days after checking out). If you have a pet do not stay here and find one of the places in the area that doesn't charge extra. $75 would be enough for a room upgrade or having another adult staying in the room. The property had also been sprayed for either bugs or weeds with signs warning not to have pets go on the grass~ so we walked across the parking lot where we found the local spot to throw used condoms. The room itself was nice and location was good but between the extra $75 for the dog and not having a decent place to walk him felt like a total rip off. We won't stay here again even when traveling without a pet.

We came in a day early and they were so kind about it and got us in our room. The staff was kind and very helpful. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast but boy it smelled good. (We had a lot packed in our short stay). Would recommend this place to stay for anyone

I LOVE the swan towel display! What a pleasant surprise.

Quiet, breakfast had lots of good choices and staff was friendly. Beds were soft, furniture was uncomfortable to sit on.

Good options. We chose this place because of the proximity to Red Rocks. Didn’t use the pool because it did not look clean. The seating area outside was nice. Would stay again

The room was a good size, had a 2 bedroom room. The in room fire place was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Building is older, a lot of floor creaks.

The breakfast was good, the lobby/breakfast area was large and comfy. The room was big and full of everything we needed during our stay. Our grandkids loved the pool.

Incredibly friendly staff!! But this is a dated property.
