10/10 for this place, Holiday In in Lakeland’s was very convenient for my sons swim meet, shopping and restaurants r nearby! staff specially Jennifer in receiption was amazing and was very helpful, I had to return my Amazon order, she helped me to drop to locker. highly recommend to everyone to book without doubt. Clean, large room, comfy bed You do have to go downstairs for coffee as there is no coffeemaker in room. Coffee was good and freshly ground

We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland near more shopping and restaurants.
