At check in we were told we were the very back building (which no problem) but when we finally got all of our luggage to the room, our keys didn’t work. We called front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. They arrived after about 25 minutes only to let us in, we were informed we would still have to go to front desk again to have keys fixed. When we returned later in the afternoon/night to our room, we noticed the room was extremely sticky and warm even with the thermostat set at 68. We were up all night and didn’t sleep because we noticed the door was letting in the outside air. We would had switched rooms if it wasn’t for us only staying one night. Other than that the food hall tables were dirty. I think there needs to be more than a couple of people on hand cleaning the area. Not fair to the workers being yelled at that it’s not “fast enough” being cleaned

Always the best in every way. They have laundry rooms, great for families with small children and you feel the magic every second.

The room was extremely dirty. The staff did not fit the Disney mold.

Very family friendly. The atmosphere felt very Disney like. The pool was a perfect size. Everything was working perfectly. The only downfall was the food unfortunately not very tasty.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Jeff was wonderful. Our shower in our room had elements of mold, and black spot by the water handle. I told the front desk as well.

These resorts have been around a long time and they're still just as charming and whimsical as they were when they opened. We have great memories staying here throughout the years and look forward to making many more. If you're not spending a lot of time at your resort, but still want the Disney magic while at the hotel, this is a great pick. Free parking for resort guests is a huge plus and now extra "resort fees" is awesome too.
