I liked the cleanliness,the quiet,and hot tub,but dissatisfied check in was at 5pm not like 1pm, then no continental breakfast,but guess it was my fault for not investigating into it better me myself will never go back especially when I went through you guys for discount but did not get so I went there to check in mentioned are reservation but I had mentioned my wife was coming but she was slow because of her health hard time breathing, so he had mentioned he did have handicap room if I prefer thought it was for the same price $176.00,but now a days later he also charged me $111.00 so now everything is $300.00 ,this is not good they were cheaper than your quote the worst part is is I have been working long hour ,plus was celebrating out 18th anniversary now is becoming a night mare I am very upset

The host who checked us in Josh was super helpful. Later on he did some magic and yoga moves contest with my kids in the lobby sitting room later that they all super enjoyed. Would visit this hotel specifically again because of how kid friendly he was. Also he was super helpful with getting thing for our room later on like extra bedding for the pull out and mentioned needing towels right away so we wouldn't have to ask for those later.

The A/C in the room was not functioning properly. To get it to cool, we had to set the thermostat to 64 degrees. The bathroom fan didn't work well, either. We were offered another room, but as we were tired and it was just for one night, we opted to stay in the room. We were gifted 2 breakfast vouchers, which was a nice gesture. Would stay there again.

This hotel was the last of 16 day cross country trip. And it was the worst of all the hotels. No extra blankets for pull out couch. The breakfast the next morning was skipped by us because of the ants crawling around on the table. We paid the extra money for this hotel for the morning breakfast and had to get breakfast down the road. Very upset at the poor attempt at a good breakfast.

Well kept, beds were amazingly comfortable. The standup shower was a bit different with no door or curtain. But overall, very nice.

The manager that was working at night was pleasant, same with the overnights gentlemen. We felt rushed out. I went down at 830 to get luggage cart came back to my room and both keys wouldn't work . In that time house keeping knocked to clean the room.... Yes before 9AM.

The staff was nice to let us check in earlier by an hour. The check in time of 5:00 PM is anyway quite late as most hotels have it much earlier. The bathroom could have been better, didn’t have hand washing soap. The shower door was creaky. The bed was comfy but didn’t look like a king size bed. Considering the very high room rate per night, the hotel is rather over priced. The hotel is in a good location and close to university.

We recently booked 2 rooms for Purdue graduation weekend. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is nice and well kept. The problems come with the guests rooms. In one of our yr rooms the sleeping area was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately it seemed as if the bathroom had not been throughly cleaned. There was trash in the garbage can and long dark hairs on the floor (we are a blonde family). There were also a few ants in the bathroom, probably because they ur room was on the first floor. The other issue with both rooms is the lighting. It’s severely lacking in the bedroom and bathroom. In one of our rooms many of the light fixtures did not work at all. There is breakfast offered in the morning for a fee, which seems crazy when you’re already charging $350 a night. Unfortunately the quality of the food was not good. This hotel has a lot of potential if the necessary upgrades are made.

Breakfast menu looked fresh but it was not included so we didn’t pay the extra $15 per person for it.

Great room and very clean, but plumbing in shower off and bathroom sink clogged but all in all fine for our last minute needs.

Rooms are dated, horrible lighting, some things didn’t work - like exhaust fan in bathroom.

I did not like that the maid entered my room at 10:15, even though check-out time was not until 11:00.
