It was an awesome stay. It was close to our event, to restaurants, and cool things to do at night with the kids. The Observatory was excellent and very informative. At the hotel we enjoyed the free breakfast [could use more fruit and veg] but overall it was good. The pool at night was great. A great vacation of doing nothing. 😁

The only not good part is the breakfast. I think the eggs are reconstituted and cold and the pork sausage is rather bland and also cold. This is our third stay in 2026 (we have a new grandchild down here). We usually eat out rather than have the breakfast here. It's so close to 5 star except for the breakfast.

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room, tons of EV parking which makes parking gas vehicles more difficult.

AC unit is loud unfortunately though out all rooms. You either sleep with no AC or deal with the noise.

Solid stay. We had our small dog with us so the room we were placed in didn’t feel like it was the cleanest (though we’re used to that being the case when we travel with our pet). There was a funky smell upon entering the room; we eventually got used to it, and couldn’t detect it over time. It felt like we needed to keep shoes on inside bc of the state of the floors and carpets (looked to be vacuumed regularly but they definitely needed a deep clean and I’m not sure if that happens frequently enough- we initially had socks on and they turned dark and dirty right away). Overall though, it was a great room to stay in with older kids- two spaces to relax/ spread out and useful to have the little kitchenette and dining space. We had hoped to take a dip in the pool in the afternoon but it was not heated and was ice cold so we decided against it after getting there and realizing. We definitely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, the offerings were substantial and there was enough variety that every family member was able to fill up based on their preferences.

I’ve never had any problem on my feet but in the last day of my stay i noticed a small weird dry patch on my toe & turns out i got a fungal infection on my toe not sure if it was from the shower or the pool..

Friendly and clean.

First time to the area to attend a conference which was held in another hotel. I arrived at noon and they worked to get a room ready for me extra early, and put me in a nice quiet corner room. Big bonus. Was pleasantly surprised by the ample room size, kitchenette and bath. Shower was quite lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Great staff too!
