Casa De La Playa

The location was great.

Good shower, comfy bed. Close to beach-right across the street! Dining options good within walking distance if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk. Only downside of the location is the parking. No designated parking so you are competing with beach goers from elsewhere - not the property’s fault. Would recommend for location and value for price.

Right in front of the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to very delicious food and liquor store! Nothing, super clean and comfortable. Though wish it had a little more privacy

There is MAJOR construction happening at the property next door. This was not listed, and would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Amazing location in La Jolla. Clean, comfortable, and more updated than expected based on reviews. Spacious room and perfect for a weekend getaway. Loved the hot tub and listening to the ocean all night. Bed definitely is older but was comfortable and the location , views and property made up for it. Nothing!

Parking was a bit challenging because there was construction in the area.

Absolutely amazing location! Staff so friendly, easy check in check out. Laundry on premise so convenient and easy, great for families. Only downside was a little small and dated for us. The location makes it well worth the price.

Property was lovely and well located across from the ocean. Apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

I liked the value, location, and the quiet at nights. I didn't like the noise of the construction next door, the whistling sound the shower made while water was running, and that there was only decaffeinated coffee available in the kitchen.

Very well taken care of quaint little complex. Nice hot tub. Very quite. One of the very few literally across the street from the beach.

The couch beds could be replaced. Very rusty and bed is worn out.

This is a time share and located by La Jolla beach. Excellent access to beach, only a few steps away. I stayed at a studio and it was spacious with kichen, livingroom, dinning table and bathroom. Good enough for a short/long stay. At arrival, I was stunned by the parking instructions. Basically, they don’t have a designated parking for customers, you just need to find parking space on the curbside. Fortunately, I was able to find it each time, but certainly not comfortable. Besides the parking issue, I would recommend this place for everyone.

We had a marvelous time at casa de la playa facing the ocean from our living room. That was the perfect scenery for celebrating our son’s graduation from college and reflecting on passing times

Adorable property right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Really the perfect La Jolla location. Incredibly kind staff and amazing value. There was some leftover sand from the previous guest on the ground but perfectly clean and comfortable otherwise.
