My daughters both loved the splash pad/pool area. The staff members were helpful and efficient.

The hallways and common areas were filthy. The breakfast was anything but good. Beds were very uncomfortable. Will not stay at this location again in the future. Very disappointed.

Terribly dirty!! The back of the bathroom door was peeling off. Walls were filthy. The elevator floors were so bad they put a rug in there, which was also frayed and dirty. I would never stay the again. I almost left.

Room smelled horrible and it was the first room next to the lobby. Very poor room overall, bathroom was the worst I have stayed in. Staff was unfriendly at best No soap in the bathroom and didn’t even want to ask the front desk, we preferred to just leave and never come back. Breakfast just fine. Wasn’t expecting a lot but the reviews on this app are a bit misleading for sure.

Room was very clean. Breakfast not bad but ran out of some things on Saturday morning. Nice hotel was 2nd time staying there.

Our room was clean but the blackout window curtains were damaged. Of the two curtains that covered the window that looked out on the parking area, only one was functional. I was able to pull and tuck the curtain over to somewhat cover the half of the window. The bathroom sink dripped but the shower was roomy with lots of hot water. I did mention the issues to the front desk and they said someone would check out the problem. Otherwise our stay was great.

We arrived really late and left the next day, so we didn't use any of the property amenities. The two staff members at the desk when we checked in were very nice and attentive. The interior was a little worn but seemed clean. The room was acceptable but not great. There was a stain on the part of the bed sheet that was folded back. The sheets were clean but stained. The sleeper sofa had the fitted sheet on already, and there were no other sheets or blanket. My son had his own blanket and pillow, so we didn't worry about it. Like I said, we got there really late and were exhausted, and we didn't feel like waiting for the service. It was also obvious that the back of the bathroom door had not been checked by staff. There was some hair stuck to it and a little kid had scribbled on iy with a pen, which could easily be cleaned off.

It is a good hotel and I recommend it. However, my reservation was for a suit with balcony, but when arrived the only available room was in the ground floor. The shower can use a major upgrade. The breakfast was great. I like the hotel. Location, quietness, parking.

Nice location for an event we were attending. Had trailer parking. The room looked as if it was not cleaned other than fresh sheets put on. Killed multiple spiders and beetles in the room. Lots of cobwebs found in room & balcony was covered in them- couldn’t even go out there. Bathroom vent did not work. Floor had left over food from previous stay. There was an unknown brown smear on the wall beside bed, looked like feces. Not worth the price at all!

No housekeeping the entire stay. No fresh linens and had to take out trash to larger cans in lobby area. No fans in bathroom. Sofa needed to be higher. Was hard to sit down on and get up from. Was a very nice young man on the desk during late afternoon and evening.

It’s clean and comfortable, very affordable.
