Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park

Amazing family trip on a budget! For the price, I was more than pleased with all the things for kids to do! The room was a basic hotel room that we only used for sleeping, but that's all we needed. My kids were entertained the entire time between the waterpark, Mini golf, arcade room, and playground. The breakfast was simple, but convenient and included with the room price, so a win win for our big family! It wasn't luxury, but neither was the price. The staff was incredibly friendly! And Pet friendly is always a plus!!

The water park was great; the kids had a lot of fun. However, it took 2 days for us to get washcloths. We had to get our own at a store.

We booked a staycation because of the water park feature. Older kids bored in a small pool. First night was bad weather so no water slide. Understood. Next morning expected slides to be open at 10am per their property info. We plan accordingly since this is the only reason we picked this place. Slides don’t open until 11:30 because someone didn’t show up to work on time. Called front desk several times with no answer. We will not return or recommend

The hotel was ok, staff was nice but the hotel is in need of an update. The water park was hardly open.

Family friendly and staff went above and beyond to accomadate

The room was very dirty. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Mold looking dirt everywhere. This will be our first and last time stayed at this hotel.

When we tried to reach the front desk, the line was too long to realistically wait in, and repeated phone calls to the hotel went unanswered. We also reached out through Expedia and got no response there either. As a last resort, we called Wyndham’s corporate customer service line — they documented our complaint but told us it could take up to a week for someone to follow up by email. A week is not an acceptable response time when guests don’t feel safe in the moment. For a property advertising itself as family-friendly with a water park, the lack of any responsive staff or management presence was a real problem. We won’t be staying here again, and I’d think twice before booking based on our experience.

Overall everything went well

I was hoping for terrific but unfortunately, the place is unimpressive. I did the online check in and said I'd be there around 3. Got there at 3:30 and the room wasn't ready. Then, we weren't given the wrist bands for the park. The slides were closed early and when asked about it, the staff wasn't helpful. The kids section had caution tape around one area and the place just hasn't been kept up. The breakfast was just bread, cereal over overcooked boiled eggs. The tiny pillows for a king size bed. Bed was super comfy though.

We checked in around 9:00 PM. It was raining, and we were tired from traveling. As soon as we entered the first room, we saw several roaches and bugs on the floor. My daughter and I are very afraid of bugs, so we were unable to feel comfortable or sleep in that room. I went back to the front desk, and they gave us another room. Unfortunately, when we arrived there, we found another bug. My husband killed it, and we tried to rest since it was already around midnight. The next morning, we decided to check out early because we did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. We were unable to enjoy our stay and left well before completing even 24 hours of our reservation. Due to the unsanitary conditions and the presence of bugs in multiple rooms, I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of my stay.

Is an old hotel, is not in good condition. The relation price confort is not good.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, it is very convenient to an annual horse show we attend. The pool and water slides are a nice change to just a standard pool, the rooms are large and allow us to spread out a bit. The beds are pretty comfortable, linens could use some updating, and in general they are pretty clean. There are large gaps under the doors and the bathroom, particularly the tube could really use some attention- rust stains from leaking faucets. The “free breakfast” could have been a nice perk, but it was pretty awful. However the value for the money in the area is a no brainer, great deal and we will certainly continue to stay there. The staff is always excellent

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel.... It was cute and there were things for all of us to enjoy. No it's not super fancy but it is exactly what we were looking for .. Don't believe everything you read in the reviews. It was a wonderful place

Bugs crawling in the room. Waterpark was very run down with broken parts including broken concrete in the kiddie area. The middle yellow/red slide is broken due to cracks. So only two of the slides are currently working. The breakfast was disgusting and enough to make people sick. Moldy bread stale coffee and chunky coffee creamer. Total waste of a free breakfast. Don’t waste your time or summer vacation like we did and just stay somewhere else
