Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms and hallways were filthy and food was terribke
-
It was clean and everyone was friendly
-
I loved the menu selections. Hot and fresh

When I mentioned my concerns to “Joy”, she immediately said “I can check you out and you can find somewhere else to stay”. It was 11:30 pm. She said that she just started her shift and all she heard were complaints. She was very unpleasant, and borderline confrontational. She said she would let the manager know. The sheets were clean. The manager was responsive the next morning, but offered no compensation. Breakfast was fine but shut down immediately at 9:30 am. At 9:20 am, there was still warm food, but only one cinnamon roll. They did not put out more. We arrived at 11pm and departed at 11am. I was willing to pay for a quality hotel for the comfort. This hotel fell short. It was a huge disappointment.

Outdated and not very clean.

I am not sure why this hotel is rated so high but I will not stay again. The room was dirty, there was a smell, and overall the hotel is unkept. Staff was friendly.

I would not stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. I am used to staying at Holiday Inn Expresses that are clean, friendly, and up-to-date. This one is very tired, and for the price of the room, it was not worth it. And a pet fee of $50 seems excessive

Conveniently located. Construction taking place at location so floors were littered with debris everywhere. Bathroom in our room had not been swept.
-
They would not let me stay there, my stay was cancelled because I had an Arizona license! They rejected my Booking. "Cancell " return my money Did not stay: property rejected my Booking, reservation !

The hotel is in need of a facelift (and is in the midst of getting one) but there are workers, building materials and signs of the renovation everywhere--not that inviting for guests.

If you're looking to stay at a hotel that doesn't have a bathroom fan/vent, which is commonly used for muffling sound, hot showers, and/or airing out the room related to said muffled sounds, this is the hotel for you. I cannot recall staying at a hotel with this simple 'amenity,' and I use that term loosely, missing.

Avoid room 317. The window is over the entrance of the hotel and there are pigeon droppings EVERYWHERE and the air conditioning unit is right over those droppings. I cannot image that was very safe to breath. You could hear the birds every morning. The TV in that room would not stay connected to DirectTV. Maintenance came and looked at it but it wouldn't stay connected so we used our iPads on the WiFi to watch what we wanted. The front desk staff were nice enough and told us they couldn't move us because the hotel was full and offered us a free drink from their little shop. It was a nice effort on their part and we did appreciate that. The hotel needs A LOT of work. They are currently doing renovations but it is a very run-down hotel. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Outside of the bird droppings right next to the air conditioner and the TV issues, it was just an okay stay. I wouldn't stay there again, though.

Everything was great. Hot breakfast was delicious.

We searched for a pet friendly hotel. They do allow pets but charge a $50 fee which wasn’t clearly stated on the website.
-
Great location, hotel is outdated

Staff were very nice. Construction in the hall. Floors in bathroom and shower were dirty.
