Great stay at this hotel as always.

Checking was a bit complicated, my reservation was showing up in Expedia but not on the Hotel website. Whole process took about 35-45 mins to get it corrected and checked in. Front desk person was very nice in trying to figure out what was going on, he kept me informed over the whole process.

I stayed at the Hyatt in Kathy, Tx from 061826 thru 062126. David was very welcoming when entering the property to check in. This was the first Hyatt that I have stayed at the was not up to standards. Upon checking in the next day we discovered that the room we were staying had ants located right by the bed. Told staff that was working at the time she informed me that she would tell house keeping, and maintence about the problem. When my husband and I got back to property, I asked staff that was working at time was the problem fixed. She immediately moved us to another room. Overall, I would rate my stay a 7.5

Nice clean accommodation, breakfast timings could be better as they start closing 10-15 minutes before 9 am.

The area is not great. Just a few miles down the road is a much nicer part of Katy. The room itself had a squeaky air conditioner that constantly cycled on and off. I had to use ear plugs to sleep from that and the elevator nearby. Th bed was not made the 2nd day when cleaned and they didn’t give me any wash cloths which made me have to use a hand towel while in the shower. Not terrible, but I was kind of expecting better based on the pictures.

The rooms are well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. If we are ever in Houston again, we would return to stay at this hotel. Great value for your money.

Breakfast was good, room was quite and clean. Special thanks to Miss Donoso in the front desk. She was super friendly each time I saw her. The rest of the people working at the hotel were attentive and very polite. View from my room wasn’t the best
