Great cheap stay for a quick overnight.

I brought my dog and stayed in room near lobby. The room location was convenient to take my dog outside. Everything was very clean. Location was perfect for being close to the beautiful beach. The ice machine and noisy lobby caused my dog to constantly bark. No sleep that night. But it was my first time taking her to a motel.

The property’s desk staff were some of the best I have encountered in my world travels. Bravo!!

Shower leaked out of the door. Ac didn’t work great. Fridge didn’t get cold. Elevator was terrible used the stairs after trying it a few times. Checking in employ was friendly and helpful. Other employe after was more interested in his phone then helping.

Cleaning crew left ALL their carts in the hallway and the mops and brooms hanging out . They did not acknowledge me when I asked questions.. Was NOT greeted as a rewards member. Pool was not clear. Garbage can in front of the door. Foul odors.

Unfortunately there were roaches in our room. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and offered either a room switch or refund. I was not comfortable, so I chose the refund.
