Breakfast could be a little better

Customer service was rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to help.

The staff at the desk went above and beyond with the check in process, recommending local restaurants and answering other questions. Extremily clean room and met all my needs. Good breakfast and the hot tub was actually hot unlike many other places. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed

The breakfast was fine. The manager should have gave me the $80 first night, then the same price the next 3 nights. He refused. He claimed he wouldn't get to keep his job if he saved me money.

Hotel looked new and clean. Quick check in and friendly staff.

The hot tub had too much chlorine took the color out of my granddaughter’s bathing suit but other than that it’s great hotel!

Newer and nice. Hard to see from the main drag at first. The shower is kind of a nightmare because if you have any of your own products, there isn’t a shelf or anywhere to put them so they are just on the floor. The toilet was facing the vanity and so close to it, my knees almost hit the vanity. It’s a very odd lay out and doesn’t seem like it was thought through well. The bed was comfortable.

Seemed new, and very clean

Room was very clean. Pool temperature was great. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was a very nice, clean and well kept we would definitely stay again. The staff were also super friendly! Only thing is they could use one more elevator but not a huge deal.

Front desk person was rude during check-in and the air conditioner wasn't working properly.

Very clean, new hotel, and located in a nice area. Several restaurants within a couple of miles. Staff were very helpful, checking in, and out was simple and quick.

Nice and comfortable motel

The stay here was decent the staff was friendly but there we things that were lacking. Room cleaning was very poor. I had to call so many times and yet I'm my 5 day stay only 1 day was cleaned fully. I had to put our trash outside in the hallway just for it to be done. Noticed some of our items went missing as well which was very odd. Other than that everything was decent a 5/10 could have been better but not the worse.

Johnston. Front desk seemed put off by my check in at 9pm, as I had just finished a 3.5hr drive after a holiday weekend. Maybe he was tired from the Memorial Day holiday, maybe it was his phone projecting a basketball game going not his way, but it was noticeable. Hotel great, staff only 4 stars.

The breakfast could be better. We stayed for 8 nights and it was boring. It could have been a variety of different meals. A few times it was out of fruit and yogurt.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. I’d even misplaced my phone in the room during checkout and they let me back in to look.
