TownePlace Suites by Marriott® Jacksonville Mayport

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be variety at breakfast, but what was there was good, not rubbery or undercooked. I enjoyed my 5 day stay close to the base, shopping and restaurants.

This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting our nephew.

Really clean and beautiful. Looks new and modern. The pullout couch made a low bed. Good for kids and young adults but may be challenging for older adults or longer stays. Otherwise it was a great choice for our weekend stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and found it to be one of the best we have stayed in to date. EK

The beds were super clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival we found it to be a 35-40 walk. Not only did we pay more than needed for a room in this area, we added several Uber fees to transport our family groups to the event since we could not park at the location .( beach baptism). It is so important to make sure that your listings are correct for your customers. The hotel clerk called the GM, but I see that the listing remained the same on Expedia. This made our visit unexpectedly inconvenient. The 3 stars are due to false advertisement. The hotel itself was great..

I was very impressed with this hotel. And I'm not big on staying in hotels. But, we stayed in one of the 1 bedroom suites. It was absolutely perfect. Nice big bathroom. Loved the separate bedroom. Plenty of storage. TV in living room and bedroom. Separate AC units for living room and bedroom. And I was shocked by how well the kitchen was stocked. This was a hotel, but it had everything you'd need in that kitchen to cook a meal. Stove, oven, microwave, toaster, even a dishwasher! And all the dishes you'd need. I mean even down to a cutting board. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. Not your typical hotel mini fridge. We were in town for a wedding so we were busy with that and didn't get to utilize it, but was very impressed. I mean you could stay here for an extended period and cook your own meals, and with that fridge buy plenty of groceries. We did enjoy the pool one morning before the days activities started. And did I mention clean.... there was some water that dripped off the shower door when I opened it. I dried it up with the white floor towel. There was absolutely no dirt on that towel from the floor. And when you opened the shower door there was a faint smell of bleach which makes me feel like they really cleaned it well. Also all the staff we interacted with was friendly. Would 1000% stay there again. Book it. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel was very nice to stay in. It was very clean, modern, and accommodating. The room itself was very nice. It was like staying in a small cozy apartment/studio. The kitchen was small but very nice. It had cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. very nice for cooking on vacation. You would just need to rent out tools like a blender from the hotel. It had a smart TV and decent wifi. The water had nice pressure and had very good heating and cooling. It also had lots of storage for clothes and more. Overall, it was very nice and cozy place to stay in.

Hotel staff were wonderful. Room was very clean, as well as the hotel grounds. Parking is great, no hassle. Loved the coffee and breakfast in the morning. Simple yet perfect for starting your day. There is a small pool area but we didnt have the opportunity to enjoy it due to weather not cooperating. Laundry is also available, washer and dryers worked perfectly. Overall it was a great stay and if I ever visit mayport area again I will absolutely stay here!

Everything. From the cleanliness, to the comfort of the beds, to the pool and so on. Everything was great. And it smelled wonderful upon entering as well Nothing

Exceptional

Nothing, staff was unhelpful. The property’s booking program did not communicate with the Booking app. I showed up with a reservation only to find out that all rooms were booked. They didn’t help me. I wasted over two hours going to and from the property because of this.

This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on.
