Head Board in the room was dirty. The water in the sink was backing up and maintenance showed up with a bad attitude.

Restaurant service (slow, inattentive) was very disappointing, which is a big problem when the hotel is located FAR from good dining alternatives. Property is lovely. Location works if you are meeting folks on the far east side of the metro area, but not great if meeting downtown.

The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The pool area was also very nice and provided a great place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern hotel in Jacksonville, I highly recommend this one. Between the beautiful facilities, amazing staff, and overall experience, I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!
