DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jacksonville Airport

They have an excellent attention all the workers of the hotel really fantastic

Restaurant hostess and bartender were great, food was great. Need to tell hotel guests due to parking deck fire at airport, shuttle (if going to doubletree from airport) meets you on same level as arrivals to airport

This hotel definitely needs an update and the buffet for 22 is the same as you get at Residence Inn for free

The property is old, seen better days, not what I expected from Hilton

The front desk staff were quite rude when asked basic questions. The room i had, 817, was in horrible condition. floors were dirty, toilet paper holder was haphazardly hung on the wall and fell off during my stay. I wont be coming back as there are plenty of options in that area to stay and get a higher quality of service. The only bright point was the bartender. The food was good and the service was what I expect from a Hilton hotel.

The staff was lovely. The property is not well maintained for a Doubletree. Access to the airport is great.

Being in the property of the airport, being able to take a shuttle to the terminal, and being able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot were big pluses for us. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Very nice restaurant. Within walking distance to airport. Front desk was just one person, some staff helpful others were not. Overall we liked it.

No free wifi unless you’re an honors member.

The room was very clean, comfy beds, and decent pool area. Easy and convenient access from airport, perfect for an overnight stay.

Jae was amazing in assisting me with completing my reservation and arrival. She's an asset to the DoubleTree company.

The cleanliness and polite staff

Restaurant was fine, everything else was a D+. Not what I expected from a doubletree hotel. Will never stay here again. It felt like my shoes were sticking to the carpet on the walk to my room.

The pool was heated, and staff was extremely pleasant. Fireplace didn’t work:(

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I loved the restaurant and I enjoyed the coffee ☕️ shop as well. I recommend and I will go back 😍. Mrs. Shantrell was very kind and all the front desk employees.
