We were there for a wedding. It was a great venue for hosting the event. Golf course looked nice but I do not golf. Pool was a bit disappointing for my 2 year old but she still enjoyed playing in it.

It was a beautiful resort and a great value! Our only regret was not staying longer.

Clean enough, but staff weren't helpful. Ice machines on all floors were not working. AC in our room was set to 60 but it was blowing HOT AIR when we woke up. Called so many times and there was nothing they could do about the air, couldn't even change rooms.

    Amazing place to stay

A nice stay with a large, clean room overlooking the golf course, which was also nice! Bed was comfy and overall enjoyed the stay. The hotel is a little dated and could use a bit of a facelift but it was comfy and clean. Charging for parking, in the suburbs when you have a huge lot is just cheap. Never seen this in the suburbs before with a large lot. Also, there is a “resort fee” of about 50 bucks so the cheaper price you see may not reflect that. It was still a pretty decent price though and would stay again if the price is right.

The hotel was in a good location not far from the airport, and it was a nice building. I had specifically selected this hotel because their photos showed a wet area shower, and I am a wheelchair user traveling independently. I immediately asked for the wet area shower and was given a response from the hotel about bed size; I selected the bed size that the website showed had the wet area shower. When I arrived it was past midnight, and I was told I had the last room in the hotel. When I entered, I discovered it was not a wet area shower, so I went to sleep having been told it was the only option and called the front desk in the morning (7am) to ask about the option of a wet area shower in their spa. I was told they could let me into a different room with a wet area shower. At 7am this meant it would have been available the night before. I then complained to the manager about the inconvenience of me having to take all my shower stuff to another room to be let in to shower, and he insisted I had not requested the wet area shower and it was my fault. I showed him the screenshots of the request, and he shrugged and blamed Booking.com and refused to compensate me for the difficulty and inconvenience. As a solo wheelchair traveler, this was by far the worst treatment I've received in 12 years of international travel and easily marks one of the top three worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Even though the breakfast was not complimentary, still the price was reasonable and delicious.

Everything was so amazing me and my husband really enjoyed ourselves the band was awesome and the restaurant was very nice and inexpensive

The hotel was very relaxing and and beautiful. As a suggestion I believe they should include a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty costly so I just didn't eat breakfast that day. Overall nice hotel.

The concierge tried charging me triple the cost of the house. Had no clue until I showed my actual reservations

I really enjoy the balcony view & the golf course

The property was really clean and well-maintained. Everyone was super helpful when we needed something. We stayed during the week, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't take advantage of the bowling alley. In addition, we didn't utilize the pool or fitness center, so I can't speak to those. The room was big and clean. We ate in the bar/dining room several times. It would be great if there was a little more to the menu, and they served a little later, but overall, the food was really good, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!
