La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Las Colinas

So, I got only one of those; sleep. -The jacuzzi was lukewarm -The internet went out and didn’t come back until the next morning -No hot water in the shower. I called to report these, but got nowhere. For example, “there’s no hot water because all the guests are using it at the same time”. Shouldn’t a decent place account for that? Ridiculous statement.

Hines, LQ properties have REALLY been disappointing me in the last 2-5years with dirty and understaffed rooms and hotels. This one changed that trend! Clean, upkeep done. Being across from a ritz Carlton property may be shy, but it was 5/5 stay.

It’s was literally 90 degrees in my room the ac did not spread throughout the room I ultimately left the property.

Great location. Very spacious. Ok breakfast. Hallways smelled like weed at times. Missing iron and when i asked for one, i was not believed and the receptionist went into the privacy of my room to physically look for one. She was not nice or friendly at all.

The property is old , and smells like mildew when you go in

Room was clean - bathroom just need a lil work staff was good , didn’t go to the pool and no problems with parking.

Do not start here rooms aren’t clean they have a foul smell and we reported bugs

Room was clean and bed comfortable. I was kinda scared bc of the reviews but it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are clean. Check-in was easy parking must free. It’s in a good neighborhood, nothing fancy at all but if all you need is a good night sleep before you go to the airport then this is not a bad option.

House keeping was friendly, as was the front desk employee, complimentary breakfast was good. Overall a decent stay for a quick trip up to Dallas, price point and hotel rating matched my expectations. The elevator smelled as if someone had been smoking in it, I'm not sure how this could be addressed, but it was every time we took the elevator - so it might be the elevator shaft that retains the smoke smell.

We booked this place because of an airline delay and thought it was close to the airport, but it's not. When we got there, it was in a nice quiet area. Check in was good, nice people - but when we got out of the elevator and looked down the hallway - It felt and looked very rundown and dirty. I was scared to open the door to the room, but it was just fine. It just seems like the rooms and internal property hasn't been improved in quite some time. I've stayed at nicer places in bad parts of South America. Luckily we weren't staying long, slept well and caught our flight home at 4 am. No coffee - just raw dawged it out of there.

Boring.

The location was fine. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were clean!! Carpet inside the room and hallways was FILTHY!! The bathroom sink was clogged and no one ever came to fix it after I mentioned to the front desk staff. The property needs some TLC!

The room was clean, staff were helpful. Free breakfast was great as it had variety. Overall, good bang for buck.

Nice room. Bed is comfortable and clean. Little mold in the shower other than that it’s clean. Grocery store Tom Thumb is a mile up the road. Nice walk. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Would stay there again.
