Friendly front desk, comfortable room. Decent breakfast with good coffee. Booked because free airport shuttle. Was for one night between flights at DFW. After 11 hour flight went out to shuttle stop, waited for about 15 minutes. Tried to call hotel, no answer. After 10 minutes of trying all extensions finally reached a human who said they would put me through to front desk, was on hold for another five minutes. Finally reached a person who said shuttle out of service, take an uber. Will be reimbursed. Uber location another ten minute walk from shuttle location. All in all a VERY aggravating experience. Could have been completely avoided by one simple notification from hotel!

The staff were helpful. It was close the airport There was an infestation of ants in my room. I didn’t notice it until the next morning but the area near the trash can and all over my bed (I put my bag on the bed before I went for breakfast) was covered in ants. The staff moved me to another room but for being a newer hotel that was horrible. And not just a few ants, I mean COVERED. I did eat in the room but none of the trash was opened and exposed.

new and clean, close to airport shuttle service is advertised from 4 am - 12 am. but no service is offered when called at 11.40 pm.

The property is beautiful & clean We had a canceled flight & when checking in I asked for a complimentary toiletry kit or if they sold toothbrushes, etc. the staff member said they didn’t have anything. I found out at checkout they did indeed have those items??

Very clean and comfortable. Room was quiet and had everything we needed.

Clean and new. Helpful and friendly staff. The shower was so slow. The water wasn’t powerful enough to rinse my hair. Both rooms we stayed in the showers we sub-par. Although they were very clean. The airport shuttle was late leaving both times we stayed at your property.

The staff are very friendly knowledgeable. I also part took in the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and having the shuttle pick me up from the airport and taking me back to my hotel.

The check in associate was flat out rude. She also said I had already paid, then said I hadn’t and charged my card. Now I paid while booking weeks prior then my card was charged at check in. The bus was late picking up from the airport.

It is new so it is very clean and very comfortable. We could also leave our car and shuttle to the airport which was awesome. Our check in lady Shy was great. Extremely nice and helpful. Overall great place to stay.
