They charged me to stay there even though I had to book a different hotel due to their airport shuttle not picking up at love's field. It is not stated in hotels.com which airport , they don't or do pick up at. They left me stranded at the airport due to this typo. Tried to get a refund and they are not issuing one, and nobody speaks good English at the hotel.To explain this point.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable . Love the extra sofa and a table. Closet door nob was broken , toilet leaking water and the tv control remote was broken

The rooms had a lot of broken things such as the shades did not open on the window, the door did not open and close well. Both the room door and the bathroom door. The bathroom and bedding didn’t feel as clean as I would have hoped for the price.

The rooms are upgraded compared to other Comfort Inn. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle ride to/fro DFW airport which is very convenient. The shuttle driver, Srikant, was courteous and polite. The fitness center is quite decent. I did not use the breakfast but seemed like a standard continental one. They also keep lemon infused water which was nice. Not much. There was a dead cockroach in the closet, but other than that, room was clean.

I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for refund I was denied.

Available, clean and an okay breakfast. Quite a distance from the airport, inconvenient shuttle, funky smell in the room. Indifferent front desk staff.

Location and price Toilet was not working and had to switch rooms. Multiple broken parts in the room such as door handles and blinds. Some mold in the corners of the shower.
