Friendly staff, clean room

Great hotel

They have an airport shuttle which I thought was nice. You will need to call hotel’s front line in order to get a pickup from airport.

Our stay was good. The main issue we had was that you could hear the TV going in the next room all night and people talking. My wife is a light sleeper, so she did not get any sleep. We also noted the hotel is not near any restaurants, so you have to walk several blocks or catch a cab.

The room was immaculate. Room service was delicious. I would stay here again!

Pleasant

They had us in a room with a dog next door. During the day the dog was left on its own (confirmed by hotel staff) and barked consistently and during the night. Impossible to relax or sleep as we were concerned for its welfare and we could hear it really loud. Despite talking with the reception that didn't do anything about it! We forced a move to another room for the second night after midnight.

Close to the airport Carpet was wet in front of the bed and the recliner was dirty.

Very clean, cozy comfy beds

I was glad to get a room. Our flight was delayed a day so we needed accommodation for the night. They sent a Lift and picked us up at the airport and then took us back the next day. Room was very nice. Had a small kitchen. Bed was nice. Even though we were close to the airport it was quiet.

The rooms were like little apartments. Close to the airport with shuttle service. Clean, modern. We could hear everything. There was a dog barking next door, cleaning service workers just down the hall, loud music in the hallway.

Great rooms, comfortable, large kitchen setup, friendly staff. The shuttle was not working, but they did set us up with a complimentary Lyft to remedy the situation.

Location also service were good. Everything was ok.
