The hotel is an old hotel remodeled. Small elevators and there was a little stitch. Overall good for one night or last minute result.”

El personal y el servicio fue excelente. Mi única nota negativa fue que las locetas del baño de mi habitación estaban rotas y/o despredidas, lo cual, ocasionó que necesitara tener mas precuación al utilizarlo (para no cortarme en el pie).

The bathroom shower had hair from previous guests. The floor of the shower was very cracked and rust on the shower. The continental breakfast had gnats flying around the tables.

It was near work that I must travel to on my own dime from 3+ hours away weekly… they were stacking $300 holds on top of the pre-paid stays, and at one point there were $900 in “holds” total , which was ridiculous. Other hotels in the area hold $50, of no more than $100 for incidentals. It took forever (more than 7-10 days) for the holds to release. I’m staying elsewhere.

The property was in a great location and easy access to the highway or interstate. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the bugs in my room every day. I would find dead roaches and live centipedes near the bathroom.

El cuarto estaba bastante limpio pero muy descuidado. Para viajar uno solo, es un poco wear. El piso del baño muy quebrado, y pues el señor de la recepción muy poco atento a explicar donde estaba el gym, por atender otros clientes. El gym estaba descuidado, sin toalla.

Staff were friendly Assigned to dirty room at first was upgraded to king suite but not much different. Sheets smelled funny but was to tired argue

Karina the manager is excellent person she treated me like I was at home, Rodolfo as well, and Jessica from the cleaning staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel should keep people like them forever
