Worst hotel got there and they said that I upgraded my room when I never did Try to charge me $600 more for the room

Really nice place , I was able to fit my little family perfectly and comfortably in this room and the price was great!!

This room had a kitchenette which is what we needed, but lacked any spices and basic items. It was centrally located so a perfect spot for us this visit. I wish they had stated at the booking there was not daily housekeeping.

Exceptional

Location that was about it Desk person upon trying to check in was extremely rude and had no empathy considering i told i just drove 6 hours, and that you have to pay for parking, when there was nowhere else to park, wasn't told about parking when making reservations.

The staff was great but the room wasn’t the cleanest.

A little surprised that no breakfast was provided. Room was good.

Very dirty and smelly carpets

The staff were very friendly when checking in and checking out. Always respectful and helpful when needed. The room was decent for the most part but the curtains were shredded to the point that I wondered why they even still had it hanging up. I would say the stay is fine for a couple of nights but not somewhere I would stay for multiple days for vacation. It worked for me because I was attending a church conference nearby and only needed the room at night to sleep.

Disappointing

The staff were very friendly and had the room waiting for us despite our late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Superb

Nothing, one night an antifire started going at 2 am for a long time waking up the whole structure. It was impossibile to Sleep again. Nobody asked Sorry, nobody tried to make up for the whole bad experience You make a mistake you try to make ammend, They just post pone u to a random absent manager by email

Have stayed at this motel off and on for the last 20 years, since moving away from California. The reason that we stay here is the location. It is very close to family. Also, it is probably the least expensive in Irvine. The front desk staff are fabulous. They are all friendly, courteous, professional, respectful, and helpful. The motel has needed to be remodeled for the last 20 years. The building outside has been painted and looks like a brand new building. The lobby is very nice. The carpeting in the hallways is so old and smells bad. The rooms have not been remodeled at all. Lighting in the rooms is poor. Carpet in the rooms is old. Smells bad. Parking in the lot used to be free. Now you pay. Laundry used to be free. Now you pay. Washers and dryers are ancient and smell bad. The gym is nice though. The one positive feature is that it is next door to Hoge Hospital.

I would double check the availability prior to arriving, my friend drove 3hrs to come spend time with me at this hotel, there were rooms available and when he arrived they said they were sold out even though he had a reservation. It was so disappointing.

check in was great and easy, loved the rooms no trash can in the bathroom

TV in the living room was not working A/c unit was super loud all night
