Would be nice if they had staff to help with luggages. Also, one lady in the AM front desk staff was rude and not helpful. She also hanged up the phone on me when I called and have no consideration for allowing late check out.

The property was nice and clean but there must have been a junior sport tournament going on because they ran the pool, breakfast and elevators. It was insane how much better it was there during the last 3 days and the kids were gone. Make sure next time to check reviews before we stay.

The room was clean, the hotel facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Good location if you're doing business in Irvine. Friendly staff and clean rooms and easy access to highways.

Bathrooms and overall room cleanliness were okay, but walls were thin and we heard people next to us and above us throughout our stay, quite a bit more than other hotels. Other wise, things were fine.

The hot tub was working, then not, then maintenance was supposed to come out, then not, oh but it’s working (but really it isn’t). Otherwise, the room itself is rather awesome and parking is easy.

It was a good hotel I liked how it was a mini kitchen to be able to cook instead of eating out my entire trip, the room was spacious & it was within walking distance to restaurants/ coffee shops the only complaint I have is the 20$ daily parking fee I felt like it should be free parking given the fact that there was enough parking spaces to accommodate guests… then then that I have no complaints.

Amazing staff, clean and tasteful room, great breakfast, they even had gf English and chocolate muffins in the back! Amazing will definitely stay in the suite again!

The free breakfast was wonderful! If you wanted a full breakfast they had it. If you just wanted yogurt or a bagel they had that. Everything was well stocked and the staff were friendly. The location is wonderful! Short drive to the beach. Short drive to a huge variety of restaurants. Checking in on Thursday I had requested an early arrival at noon and the room was ready when I got there. I made a stupid mistake and accidentally double booked the room. The woman at the front desk took care of it with no issue. Sorry, I didn't get her name but thank you for your help! It started my vacation on a good note. I was disappointed that the spa was not working. It is one my favorite things to do. The pool was open so I used that instead.

Room was nice and spacious, bed comfortable. Breakfast decent with lots of different food. Location was convenient. Picky, but no trash can in the grooming area, just in the bathroom, had to open door, go around it and find trash can. Also, the Sport Court was interlocking tiles, not a good surface for basketball, pickleball, etc. A fall and it's like landing on a cheese grater. Slippery when wet...
