A great option if you’re going to an event at SoFi or Intuit. It’s clean, the staff is awesome, the location is ideal (you can walk!) and it’s also very close to LAX. Would stay there again for sure!

The overall experience was a breeze. We stayed only 1 night for Ariana Grande and its safe to say this is a great place if youre looking to stay only for one night. I do see myself coming back for future vacations here, as its really close to LAX and Hawthorne Airport.

Staff were helpful and room was clean! Valet parking was really useful as well.

Terrible management during World Cup. You should familiarize yourself with ethnicity and how many people show up. No hot water during our stay due to over capacity. Had to take cold showers.

I love this hotel. Stayed here 4 times and I will definitely be back. Walking distance to sofi and intuit dome. Never been but casino right across the street.

Since my party and I were ahead of schedule, I tried calling around noon to find out options for an early check in but the phone was never answered. At check out time the valet parking line was long, guests were waiting over 20 minutes under the sun to get their cars. Also, I booked through Expedia and while my quote included taxes, the hotel charged me taxes in top of that, resulting in 15% extra per room. I would recommend the hotel if it wasn't for this trouble, most people don't have the time to deal with this.

Newly renovtated, but cheaply. Super expensive parking, 60 for a day, 150 when there is an event at SoFi or Intuit venues. Good outdoor pool and hottub.

This hotel is conveniently located if you are attending a concert at the Intuit Dome. Most of the staff were excellent, although the front desk team member appeared somewhat overwhelmed due to the high volume of check-ins at the same time. Regarding the issues encountered during our stay, I had reserved a fully ADA-compliant room for a family member who is wheelchair-bound. The initial room provided did not meet ADA standards. After returning to the front desk to address this, we were assigned a new room with better space, but the bathroom was still not ADA compliant. When I inquired again at the front desk, I was informed that they did not have a list of fully ADA-compliant rooms available and that they were sold out, partly due to events like the World Cup and a concert that night. At that point, finding alternative accommodations was not feasible. The following morning, we assisted our family member by lifting them into the shower while still in the wheelchair, then transferring them to a shower chair provided by the hotel. I contacted Hilton directly to discuss these concerns, specifically asking why we were assigned a third-floor room with elevators that barely accommodate a wheelchair, despite having reserved and paid for an ADA-compliant room. Hilton’s customer service confirmed our reservation and payment but was unable to explain why the booking was changed. I was assured that a Customer Service Manager from Hilton would follow up with me, but I am still waiting.

Clean properly with a nice pool. Close to both stadiums

Very disappointing experience. The manager acted aggressively and unprofessionally, almost like a gangster. We were forced to show our room key cards just to enter the parking area and access the facility. The staff made us feel unwelcome rather than valued guests. I would not stay here again.

At about 4:00 a.m. the valet person was talking outside our first floor room. His conversation lasted about 45 minutes. We booked our room on Expedia and I believe thay put us in the worst room, location wise that they had.

Parking was a challenge however the staff hrlped resolve the situation

Front desk are so rude,, Hotel is discussing , uncomfortable beds, they didn’t give me the room i paid for month in advance. One of my worst stays at any hotels. My reservation was for 3 nights but couldn’t stay any longer ..so i left, i will definitely file a dispute . It was awful in every area specially they didn’t give me the room i reserved for.
