The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast is not good at all. Should be able to do better.

Room was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Located right next to the airport.

Staff at reception was unprofessional and very unfriendly. Booked a king bed room for many reasons but when we went to our assigned room, it was 2 queens, no sofa. Went back to reception and she said "Expedia changed your room" which turned out to be a fabrication when confronted by an Expedia agent; receptionist changed it to "we gave them an available room rather than turn them out". She said there was nothing she could do other than talk to her manager. I requested a call from same manager and never received. Sadly, there was no "apology" or "we made a mistake", "Is there something that would make your stay more pleasant". But she did say we would cancel our reservation and stay at a different hotel. WHAT!

Airport shuttle availability. About 10 min drive from the airport. Continental breakfast was okay but can be improved by having more options.

It was a very quiet neighborhood and the hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean.

Good place for long-term stays. Facility is a hit run down, but the service is very good. Well lit parking area. Close to the highway and convenient to get to and from DFW.
