SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

Minus only one elevator on the Spring Hill side of the hotel, it was overall a lovely stay. Breakfast could be improved a little.

Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much

Of the two elevators for rooms at this hotel, one was consistently broken leaving a very long wait to use the other. For the one that was working, it made horrible hammering and clunking noises all day and night. We were half way down the hallway and it still kept us awake. On its lowest setting the AC unit could not cool the room enough to be comfortable to sleep in.

Was staying near the elevator and heard elevator banging through the night.

Nancy, the front desk associate, was super helpful when my daughter forgot some personal items and she gave us some complimentary items so our stay could be comfortable. Our room was clean and ready on time. We were put next to our travel friends, which was perfect. The hotel is walking distance to Gainbridge for the Fever game and has a decent free breakfast in the morning. Clean, nice staff, affordable, and well located!

The night staff was truly amazing! Helped us refrigerate food (fyi the fridges in the rooms are more like coolers, so if you need to keep food consistently cold-ask the staff to keep it in their big fridges. They tag it for you! Then I woke up early not feeling well and needed some herbal tea, they didn’t have any at the hotel but the sweet staff lady gave me some from her own personal stash. We felt cared for!

Noise between rooms and hallways were very loud- vet comfortable room itself

The staff was all very nice!!! The beds were a little too firm and not the most comfortable plus it took a long time for the room to really cool down.

The staff, specifically the receptionist, Sandy, was very kind and helped us get the perfect placement in the hotel. She was also very helpful with the parking situation, timing it so we could park there until we got out from the convention center.

The whole place was really clean, staff was amazingly friendly, the gym was well equipped, and the breakfast had a ton of options! You also can’t beat the location right by the canal, tons of shopping, and every restaurant you can imagine! We will definitely stay there again when we go.
