Website stats there is a whirlpool onsite, there is not. Supposed to serve pasties and such for Breakfast 6:00-9:00 am, 845am no pastries not staff to serve. Complimentary coffee all day was cold.

Room is large and comfortable and very quiet.

Kids staying during the weekend were noisy and spent time knocking on doors disrupting sleep through the night. The hotel phone number listed in the room was disconnected and the room phone did not work.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, staff was very helpful. Nice courtyard with indoor pool. Ice machine didn’t work on 4th floor, in room phone was not plugged in when we attempted to call from desk so that was worthless, and the mini fridge needed defrosting. Those few small tweaks could have gotten excellent reviews from us.

Room was clean and not run- down. The front desk was exceptionally friendly.

Not much for the money No place to eat dinner near by. Hard to find even with GPS. Would not recommend will not stay again. Over priced. Staff couldn’t tell me some place close to get some thing to eat. Eventually found something with GPS. Hate the construction and round abouts in the area too much every where you go.

The rooms are very small, cramped, and had an unpleasant odor throughout our entire stay. We stayed for 5 nights, and not once was our room cleaned. Our towels were never replaced either. When I sent my son to get fresh towels, the front desk handed him new towels and told him to bring the dirty ones back himself. I’m sorry, but who doesn’t replace towels during a 5-night stay, and then expects the guest to do the housekeeping staff’s job? I even approached a cleaning staff member and asked for fresh towels. She said she didn’t speak English, so I motioned that we needed towels. She nodded as if she understood, but we never received any. Basic housekeeping and towel service should be standard at any hotel. Between the small, smelly rooms and the complete lack of cleaning service, this was not the experience we expected. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Price Hard to get to due to construction in the area

1.The AC was not working and the room was hot. I called and also went down to tell them. They said it was fixed but it never got cool in the room. 2.There was a youth baseball team there and they were screaming and running in the halls every night.
