Advertises hot which there isn’t one it’s a pool with jets in it Low water pressure and ice machine was not working

Sweet girl at the front desk was by herself for four days. She kept things moving and clean, but overall hotel was not pristine. Towels and sheets had to be returned due to stains. No elevator for second floor, breakfast was typical and accessible. We were grateful for the working pool!

The tub/shower was in terrible condition. 2 of 3 lamps did not have shades and the bases were filthy.

OMG!! I am totally disgusted. There were 3 partial red hand prints on the shower wall, the TV stand was dusty, the wall paint is stained, the ironing board was stained, the mattress pad cover fabric was old and dirty ( looked like it had not been washed in ages), the hem of the white top and bottom sheets that were tucked under the mattress were dirty from the underside of the mattress!!! I requested and received a new room. In this room the mattress’s were super worn and sunken in various places, there is something stuck on the ceiling, the lamp shades are discolored and the stands are rusted, the 2 dinette chairs are stained. I booked the room for 2 days, as I am in the city for work at a nearby hospital working the night shift. I’m a travel Nurse and my home is more than 150 miles away. I complained immediately after checking in on the first day and received the new room the following morning when I returned from work. I was not able to find a hotel room at other hotels in the area, so I was forced to remain at Quality Inn. I had to revert to using my personal emergency blanket and pillow I keep in my car to cover myself as I slept for a couple of hours before returning to work. I am terrified to sleep on the bed or even allow the sheets to touch my skin. I have never seen a hotel in such bad condition. Especially a Choice Hotel. Oh, and need I not forget to mention that I observed a guest in the dining area practically lethargic and apparently on drugs, nodd

Everything was fantastic!

Check in was great, our room was upstairs. The cleaning products they use were a bit overwhelming and I found it hard to catch my breath at times. Our room was clean no complaints. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool though a bit small but what can you do? Staff were very nice and helpful. I’d stay at this location again.

Let it be known, that when you enter a building and the aroma of cleaning ness is in the atmosphere is were where you want to be. The room was neat, cleaned and Worthy sleep. The only thing I would say that was disappointing is there's no elevator.

I got checked in and got my room, and the smellwas in the room. It was terrible. I was there about two hours and ended up throwing up so I had to leave. I get migraines and this triggered me a migraine, and I have fibromyalgia and I’m very sensitive to smells. I called the hotel to see if I could get a refund because the smell drove me out and he said no. Before I left the room, I looked out the window, to see if I could open that to get some fresh air, and the sheer curtain had mold on it! The window also had gray duct tape around the window unit in the wall. The beds were broken down. It was absolutely terrible. It wasn’t worth $102.! They need to change the name from quality Inn to the dump inn!
