Quality Inn South

Checked in and checked right back out. The staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were not good. Trash from the front desk to our room and the room itself had stains on the floor and ceiling. Our bags never even left the car.

Staff was nice

Bathroom was dirty. Room was cool in temperature so that was great. Breakfast was half decent. Price was what it was.

Clean good service No smoke alarm in room and back door didn't lock. It was by a truck stop so could have had unwanted guest

Nothing at all It was so nasty, old, smelled, mold and all. Dirty linens.

We got locked out of our room for an entire night.

Staff was very nice and accommodating when I needed to get a fitted sheet at 11pm because the other one was dirty. Not the cleanest place, definitely needs up grades.

Disappointing

The room he switched me to, I didn't even look inside. I smelled urine as soon as I opened the door. I immediately recovered my deposit and demanded a refund for the reservation. If I could give 0 or even negative stars, I would. This place sucked!

They offer breakfast I’m not sure if all rooms are the same but MY ROOM had a particular not pleasant smell, we had to ask for air freshners to help the situation, windows were close so was not posible to open to help the smell.

Room was nice clean staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you check it out. Excellent stay

This is a last resort type of place. It is old and rundown. They had to move us three times because the tv didn't work. The bathrooms were a mess, broken toilets and vanity tops. They beds were clean but one of our rooms didn't even have the headboards any longer, only the holes where the screws use to be. NO maid service while your staying there, we were there three nights and we had to dump our trash ourselves. Find some place else. We booked through Expedia and they should not even list this place.

It was clean an fast to get in an a reservation but it needs to be upgraded Ian needs new curtains and bed an carpet it needs a deep clean in carpet.. and sprayed

Nothing Everything

Location Remote for tv didn’t work. Had to ask for light bulbs due to lamp not having one as well as one blew. Had 2 key cards but only one worked. Parking lot had huge pot holes. Doors to the outside that key card was supposed to unlock always had rocks or a bucket wedged in them so they would stay open. Staff could have been a little more helpful.

Location close to highway. For Quality Inn, it is vert run down. Broken sink, mold in shower, water around the toilet. As the bare minimum, they could deep clean in. Definitely would not recommend staying there.

Somewhat clean, the room was a bit smelly and musty. Not a place to take your wife.

Got disturbed at 1am when the front desk gave a former guest a card to my room & let them enter it themselves.

Location to Gainbridge fieldhouse was great. Close and simple drive. It was vile. I’ve never been to a nastier hotel in my life. There was a cockroach in our bathroom sink and they didn’t see it as a problem. We were given another room but only after I stood there and stared at the worker for a few seconds in complete shock after he said “we are technically all booked up…” The new room had dead stink bugs in the corner and wrappers behind a lamp next to what looked like old dry ramen noodles
