I appreciate the spaciousness of the room but the rooms could use an upgrade. The furniture is dated and there was a stale smell to both rooms we were in. Nice place if you are more concerned with space over luxury

Downtown Indy at this time has a lot of construction and parking is a pain at this time to get to. Some roads are shut down so you need to take that into consideration. Our room toilet kept bubbling up every few minutes and I wonder if it wasn't due to construction? The room was very spacious.

Wish we would have realized that parking was not included for those staying at the hotel. However, using spot hero saves significantly. N/A

The staff was rude when checking in! I was very disappointed by this. The tub in my room was dirty when I checked in.

Wonderful stay. Clean room, attentive staff, nice little bar area to have cocktails. Downtown area is nice with a lot of restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat or have a nice dinner. This Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. No issues here
