Great place and location. Right by the mall and restaurants.

The GM denied the change theiugh customer support. I called the property directly to discuss the matter and see if angry could be done and was stonewalled for using the app and not directly through the parent company. If they know you're without any other option it felt like we're more than unwilling to consider any changes that benefit the guest

Clean new great breakfast

Knowing they had me made sure the management wasn't willing to work with a guest who spends upwards of 60 days in Hilton properties throughout the year. As nice as it was it left a sour taste in my mouth and I will find another property in the area for any future trips.

We weren’t looking for anything fancy, just clean and comfortable. Our room was really nice, and the staff were amazing. We enjoyed the daily breakfast as well. The ac was a tad underwhelming, only because we like it North Pole weather at night. But, it was totally comfortable for non-weirdos like us, lol. I’m definitely considering this place again.

The room and the grounds were great. We had a handicap suite that was large enough for my wife to get around with her walker. The only problem that we had was the TV service is apparently some type of streaming deal and the picture would pixelate and sometimes freeze and sometimes disappear all together. You would have to change the channel and go back just to see what you were originally viewing. Other than that we enjoy our stay and we'll definitely stay there again as we come to Indianapolis every couple of years to visit family.

My stay here was genuinely the only part about my trip that went well. My travel plans were disrupted, with all kinds of delays and chaos. The staff here were kind and professional, the property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was a sigh of relief to come back to every night. Thank you!

The breakfast included was nice. The room was clean. The drain in the tub and the sink backed up and pooled water. The indoor pool was very cold- my son would not even swim which is rare.

There were many choices for breakfast. The staff we encountered were very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location worked out well for us. The food wasn't great and there was insufficient lighting in the room for good reading. However, the huge problem was that a child in the room next to us was screeching a lot and it was hard to sleep. Either the rooms need more soundproofing or families with children should have their own area in the hotel.

Truly one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have stayed at. All have been great, but this one was particularly exceptional. No complaints at all and would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Indianapolis area. Nothing!
