The staff if extremely friendly and helpful. Greeted upon arrival and very polite and welcoming. I like how they make a person feel welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have stay at this same hotel twice now... I will be using them again when I arrive back in Huntsville. Thank you staff for you do.

Inside the room there were repairs that were needed. Tear in the carpet in front of the bathroom that was covered with duct tape. The ceiling above the window in the living room was scraped and the light above the mirror was rusted.

There were dead lady bugs and stink bugs in the room and some live. The main bedroom tv was an older model with static throughout the tv while showing. The one cleaning they did, they did not replace the comforters, gave us only sheets. Incorrect remotes.

Best Marriot i have ever stayed at! Met the staff at checkin, but when I left it felt like i was saying goodbye to family!

The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a great area in the behind the hotel to walk our dog. And the bar across the parking is really great. The rooms need a HUGE upgrade and because of the $100 pet fee with the rooms the way they are, we won’t stay here next year. And that’s kind of bad because we like the location.

Breakfast was okay. Attitude of staff and management were very disrespectful, entire place smelled of marijuana & reported but nothing was done, very scary at night, also hard to get out onto highway! Would not recommend.
