Very clean hotel. The staff were so nice and friendly. Literally every single one of them was so kind to us. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Cons: Beer left in the refrigerator from last person that stayed in the room along with fake red finger nails on the floor. Had to ask more three time to get linen changed and fresh towels.

The bartender Toni was wonderful. We stopped for a quick nightcap and ended up talking to her for a couple of hours. She is an absolutely charming lady.

Noticed cockroach at side entrance inside!! Then again in second better room I asked to move on 2nd day of my 7 day stay.Also my last in this Dated Double Tree Staff was helpful and moved us to better room, doing what they can with what they have to work in. Dirty dated Hotel No coffee offered after there absolutely over priced breakfast dated restaurant closed, never noticed 1 patron in there. How customers review this place favorable is beyond me

Staff was super friendly!

I have stayed there a couple times and will definitely stay again. Very nice hotel. Does not have a continental breakfast tho. They do have a restaurant to purchase breakfast and dinner. The staff has always been friendly each time I have stayed. The outdoor pool is nice also.

Nice, convenient. Benn traveling for decades, no gripes.

My room was not clean at all. Soap scum in the soap dish, toothpaste all over the counter, sheet still on hide away bed and was dirty when I opened it up for my kids to go to bed.

Love Love their warm, yummy cookies! The front desk people were very welcoming, helpful and just plain nice people willing to do whatever it took to make our stay enjoyable. We'll be back again. N+C

You can tell it’s older facility. The carpet had a lot of stuff on it like it hasn’t been vacuumed. It was basically clean but could tell it is more used and aged.

Wasn't any breakfast because we was told that we had to pay and the first time I stayed at the double tree it was free breakfast and even when I booked the room on line it stated free breakfast. Very disappointed this time. Having a better clean room and not being on the 3rd floor room wasn't comfortable nor clean and the air barley was cooling the room. bathroom shower had mold and wasn't that clean and I had to buy cleaning items to do it myself

The only thing was at the time, the elevator was down by our room. But we needed to do the stairs, because we was there on pleasure and ate a lot that weekend. Needed the stairs. Lol.?

The entire atmosphere and experience was awesome! The staff are super welcoming and nice. They served us warm cookies as soon as we arrived, my kids loved it! The bar was open at night and it was a nice vibe! I will be staying here again.
