Great location, near restaurants and stores. The staff was great, evening reception was a treat. Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff was friendly and happy. Great way to start the day. The room was good, needs a little updating but not terrible.

Clean and spacious room! Good parking
-
The elevators have been an issue for awhile.

Breakfast is one of the best kinds. They need to maintain the elevator better. It's super slow; some elevators aren't operating, and the buttons aren't lit.

Exceptional

It’s an older property, elevators were slow. The room was big, happy hour was fun, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very nice. They also have a really big lobby and the in house restaurant was good.

Breakfast was OK. In the past it has been great. The omelets were good. There was a variety of juices. The front desk clerk was pleasant. Croissants were not fresh. Items were not refilled. We had to wait for the spoons. When asked about the spoons we were told, we are out. The boys ahead of us in line were told, I am out of waffle mix, you will have to wait. 10 min's later, chef did not make more mix, the boys gave up. The trash was overflowing. One of the TV's was offline both mornings we were there. The room had a backed up sink and a pill on the floor. One elevator was broken and one clunked both days. The overall hotel is showing its age and wear and tear.

AMAZING !!

The staff’s helpfulness, the free breakfast with special omelet options, the bar and happy hour. Rooms are spacious and clean. THE ELEVATORS. ALL OF THEM! They’re all slow and do not operate consistently.

Property is dated. Elevators malfunctioned the entire time.

Great location. Staff were super pleasant. Clean. Upgraded furniture. Elevators were slow. But there are several so not a huge issue.

I came with a baby asked for a crib multiple times, they never brought it. The AC was either too cold or non existent. The cleaning lady came in after 3 days. And cigarrette smoke was coming from the bathroom vent. Clearly the worst hotel ever.

Good

The breakfast was alright. The size of the room was decent. The hotel is very dirty. The floor in the hotel room was really filthy. And the room smelt mouldy. The fridge stopped working and maintenance told me i had to live with it and that if they brought me a new one it would be the same. only 1 elevator was working and even that was was so slow making weird scary sounds.

The Hotel is near the Mall at Hunt Valley. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Good shower and WiFi. Very good breakfast, especially the freshly prepared omelettes. Most staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel won't be surprised that I am noting that not all the lifts work, so getting up and down can be slow.

The location was good . It was near a lot of dinner options . My TV did not work and a workers had to keep coming back which kind of interrupted my stay . Finally around 8:45pm a guy came in and finally got it working but only one tv would work . So I could not even enjoy the living room had to stay in the bedroom to watch tv . Not to pleased about that situation.

The food was good, the room was clean, but there was no water in the jacuzzi. My remote was working sometimes, kept having problems changing the channels. The toilet barely flushed, you had to stand there push the handle twice and hold it completely down while the water took a minute to go down, And of course the elevators is still broken. Everytime I come one elevator is out of service, and one take you to different floors that you didn’t press. The one that do work the lights on it don’t work so you don’t know if the button is pressed or not so somebody always try another floor to see if it light up, then we do extra stops that’s not needed making the ride even longer. Other then all that the food and drinks were good, and the staff were friendly. They really need to fix those things, then I I’ll be able to say it’s my favorite hotel again.
