Red Lion Inn & Suites IAH Airport East

The motel is positioned in the market to cater for short term stays. The Airport shuttle was great. The rooms have no coffee making facility. The breakfasts are very basic, orange juice and apple juice and poor coffee with sweet bun.

Every thing was good except I had an issue with getting hot water to take a shower on Sat. Night.

It was comfortable, clean and close to the air port. I especially liked having a shuttle service. It served the purpose when I had an unexpected flight delay.

It’s a good hotel to have a place to rest while in transit

Close to airport. Provide 24 hr shuttle to and from airport. Bed was comfortable.The property is located in a place that allows you to walk for some food. Bedding had some stains both nights we stayed.

The room was a smoking room, which was not advertised. The room reaked of smoke and there was a pill on the floor. The staff was nice though.

The staff were pleasant and the price point was very reasonable! I would’ve liked breakfast but for the price I understand and Waffle House was walking distance.

The room stunk. It was dirty. Small bugs on bathroom floor, old roll of toilet paper and opened shampoo in bathroom. Bed was old and hard and nasty. Big dried blood spot over 12x12 on the mattress pad under the sheet. We chose to sleep in the other bed. Would never go back.

THE worst place I’ve ever stayed. The place had roaches crawling up the wall in the room. The whole hotel smelled of marijuana. Bathroom is stained and falling apart. Water does not get hot. Just twrribel

We had absolutely no hot water and there was no one at front desk to speak to about the issue! It was 32 degrees outside it would have been nice to take a hot shower but no such luck! Bathrooms also need updating there’s rust and water didn’t go down in tub!!!

Nothing I did not feel safe or very comfortable. It is a very old, dirty facility.

Location was great It was a dirty room someone’s used contacts were left on the bedside table and honestly it was 97 degrees in the room and on the lobby and hall it was 82 degrees in the middle of summer like come on keep the ax at 73 people need an escape for the Texas heat

Area seemed sketchy. Front desk guy was very helpful and polite.
