They need to clean the rooms better and try to get rid of the cockroaches in the room

I am highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and it is obvious the property suffers from poor maintenance. To make matters worse, my guests and I could not even take a shower while we were there due to these issues. I would definitely not recommend staying here. Oh and elevator wouldn’t work if there were more than 2 people and on the limit it says 15 people occupancy. We got stuck in the elevator.

good

When we entered the room, there was an open bagged of chips all over the floor and a Gatorade bottle. The room was not cleaned and you can tell. My boyfriend and I slept very uncomfortable but we were tired. Never again

Todo muy solo que no habían bebidas frías disponibles y en una ciudad con temperaturas tan altas como Houston creo que mantener bebidas frías para la venta es indispensable

Got there to check in around 9pm coming from Louisiana and was told Our room was sold cause check-in is @3? I have never heard of this before? Very rude and nonchalant filing her nails at the same time.Very unprofessional

Location is good...but our bathroom was dirty and no maid service to our room

I’ve stayed here every 4 weeks for past year. Elevator nonfunctional twice in past 4 visits. New staff every time unfamiliar with hotel and procedures. Only concern is collecting $100 deposit. Planning on changing to different place.

The check-in process and staffs were welcoming and helpful. But, the bathroom door was not closing, exhaust fan wasn't working etc.
-
Everything is broken. Elevator is out of order, emergency exit door was stuck, so it had to be left open for stairs. Laundry room is out of order. Room has moldy smell.
-
It had a microwave and fridge

Not a good hotel. The elevator malfunctioned. Our room didn't get cleaned our entire stay, no fresh towels, the doors malfunctioned to enter the hotel, staff weren't friendly

Property gave our reservation to someone else. Did nothing on their end to fix the situation and left me to work with Expedia myself. They also checked in multiple guest after telling us they didn't have a room for us. Front door is broken leaving them to leave key card access doors unlocked. If you want a place to stay do not pick this location since they will leave you high and dry with no help.

The AC didn't cool, there were roaches in the hallway, there was an exploded swim diaper in the pool and dirty towels on the floor. Front desk never answers the phone and there are several homeless people camped out near the dumpster.

The room & bathroom were seriously not clean. Toilet had flushing issues. The entire room was crappy. Actually killed a couple of roaches. But today my party has checked into the, ***** "Comfort suites in Katy, TX", just a few miles from this poorly managed property. Continental so called breakfast wasn't worth bothering with. I highly recommend the property mentioned in Katy, Texas above.

Old hotel, mattress super old that would sink you. I end up leaving

Terrible room. Bathroom door knob broken, could not close door completely or you were locked in, knob only worked from outside. Missing lightbulbs, pool towels stocked in bathroom instead of regular towels, white spot in middle of TV screen, window glass broken, barely any water pressure in bathroom sink, no shampoo/conditioner. 1/10 do not recommend.
-
The room was very outdated, there were cracks in the walls by the bed and bathroom. The carpets were soft and worn and the elevator was out of service during our stay.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, helpful, and friendly staff. Good full breast fast. Minor issues, no shampoo dispenser (still shampoo bags available), TY is old; however, works fine. Definitively, I will stay again.
