Great value for the money, clean, well-maintained. Beautiful room and lobby area and very close to the airport. Shuttle pick-up was prompt and efficient and the driver was friendly and helpful

The room we had barely hot water was more luke warm water

The TV didn't work and no one was there to fix the problem.

The bed and pillows were comfortable but we could not find a channel to watch on tv. They need to pay for a streaming service or satellite service

good stay next to the airport

From organizing a last minute airport shuttle as I slept in not realizing the time change to moving my stay dates (which I erroneously selected on a non-cancellation / no-change rate…. ) This hotel was beyond supportive and accommodating. I will stay there again when in transit through Houston International. My king room was also super large, clean and very comfy bedding. Great value!

Our stay was great, we got a well night rest. Room was clean, and it had everything we could need for the night. Bathrooms were good size and they offered towels. The lady in the front desk was very nice and helpful.

No shuttle available, tv not working, slow internet missing light bulbs made for a frustrating stay. Facilities are nice but management needs to fix operational problems.

One of the best La Quinta that I ever visited, near to the IAH airport, the shuttle had a time restrictions so we needed to take an Uber at noon, nice room, great staff, the pool was fine, no the table and pool chairs, very old and broken

Close to airport

No AC inside hotel like in elevators and halls. Inside room yes. Swimming pool was so dirty. Like i felt i was gonna get some disease. I would be honest and not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Great service overall

From the pictures online the place seems great. Upon arriving it was evident of the age of the hotel. Once in the room, the air conditioner leaked into the carpet around it. There were ants on the headboard and around the head of the bed. The shower water would get warm but not hot. With very little water pressure. The bed itself squeaked horribly from the springs and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Used pool, which I myself used a net to clean the leaves out of. Will not stay again, was unimpressed.

They should work on cleanest

The 5th floor had no ac in the hallways it was extremely hot the hotel was dirty with bugs on the floor.

Everything was wonderful but the washer and dryer ONLY take quarters and unfortunately the front desk didn’t have any to provide but good to know for next time to bring quarters!
