Exceptional staff & breakfast Hotel room was a bit expensive especially for my air not to work. My air in my room don’t work the entire time. 3 different people was sent to fix it but it never worked well. Staff stated they would give me another room but last maintenance said it was working but it never did and by the time I realized it it was too late in the night and I was scheduled to leave the next day. Maintenance workers kept saying it was my windows in my room was hot but it was even hotter in the room and night when the sun went down. Couldn’t rest well from being so hot and sweating in my sleep kept waking me up.

Everything was great for the exception of the non-working/ slow working AC in the King suite. Staff did provide a fan. The ac would no cool below 71 regardless of the temperature it was set to. With a group of girls getting make up done for my wedding it was hot.

Even though the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, amenities were great, there was a problem with the noise all night for the first two nights. People in the lobby being loud until almost 4 am, and it echoed throughout the building. Sometimes the water did get warm. Ned wasn’t too comfortable, but ok for a couple of nights. I realize you can’t fix the architecture to remedy the noise problem, but I think it would be appropriate to remind guests in the lobby to tone it down after 10:00 pm.

Stayed for 4 days and the staff was phenomenal and the facility was well kept and have no complaints and I can highly recommend for the price of a suite it’s a real bargain bang for your buck

The restaurant was nice and the meals were good and priced well. The room was a good size and comfortable. Renovation were taking place, but that has to happen. Not really an inconvenience.

The location, close to the location I needed to visit. The rooms are good size and comfortable. The bath could do with a refurbishment. The toilet did not work properly, also not after the maintenece visit.
