I love the Rusk Apartments style hotel. It’s nice it’s comfortable. I would book it again in a heartbeat depending on the event itself in Houston. It’s really nice. I love it

Old school clean classic feel. The location was perfect for grabbing a bite to eat at numerous places.

But if you arrive by the afternoon you will be pretty good

Advertised as having plenty of parking but it’s a garage parking closed by not part of the hotel and expensive

The location is awesome and the parking is also nearby.

Property is dated, but front desk had great customer service. My room had absolutely no view just very functional. Loss of star is for valet, there was one day I was available to grab my car.

The check was horrible and non professional ladies @ check in unbelievable I canceled my reservation on the spot parking horrible but I will say the bellman if you could call that was very polite and helpful otherwise I felt unsafe drop off and check in was on the street walk unbelievable

Gran hotel en el centro de Houston, excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la estación del Metro, muchas opciones de restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, bonitos parques y un sector bastante seguro, el hotel y su personal muy recomendable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Very cool location right in the heart of downtown walkable access to dining and fun. Small rooms and they are a little dated, but that's the charm I guess. Would stay there again.

Great neighborhood. Close to everythig. But hotel too rusty, old. Need an upgrade.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai constaté que l'établissement paraissait beaucoup plus vieux et défraîchi que sur les photos. La chambre dégageait une odeur de renfermé, les meubles et armoires montraient clairement des signes d'usure, et l'ensemble aurait bien besoin d'être rafraîchi avec des travaux de peinture. Les draps n'inspiraient pas la propreté attendue d'un hôtel de cette catégorie et semblaient très usés. Quant à la salle de bain, la baignoire était dans un état que j'ai trouvé peu acceptable. J'y ai séjourné trois nuits. Même après le passage du service d'entretien, la chambre semblait à peine avoir été nettoyée. Le niveau de ménage était loin de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un établissement annoncé comme un 4 étoiles. Le point le plus décevant a toutefois été l'expérience au petit-déjeuner. Mon séjour incluait le petit-déjeuner, mais lorsque je me suis présentée au restaurant vers 9 h, j'ai été accueillie de manière froide et peu professionnelle. On m'a indiqué que je ne pouvais pas prendre le petit-déjeuner, sans explication claire. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être une cliente de l'hôtel. Le manque de courtoisie et de considération du personnel a rendu cette situation particulièrement désagréable. Pire expérience de ma vie.
