I love the scenery and the bridge outside was a little shaky

Staff was great, sadly no breakfast but the water was great. The hotel is a little old and it shows age in the rooms and the beds aren't the most comfortable but they were clean. Loved the stay and I would stay again for sure.

Nice staff. Restaurant is by the pool stays busy. Reservations might be necessary. Overall, great experience!

The room was nice and the view was perfect will stay there again

We spent most of our time sitting on the private terrace which lead out to the water. The Resort was bustling with lake activity, children playing in the play area, people fishing from various places off the docks, yet quiet, peaceful , serene. Be sure to visit the Backporch cafe which stays open til 10PM. Ask for Lee’s section. He was a wonderful server.

The beds was cheap, the balcony door lock did not function, the plug receptacles were poorly placed, the lights was poorly placed, no water to drink or coffee in the room. Didn't appear to have been upgraded to modern times.

The villa that I booked was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to assist me with all my needs and questions. I will be making this my go to place when I am in Hot Springs.

This property was older, but it was still in good condition. It had a great view of the lake. Property location was convenient to all the fun that Hot Springs has to offer.

Overall stay and hospitality was excellent!

It was not a good experience at all. My four year old granddaughter had a chest of drawers and the tv that was sitting on the chest of drawers turned over on her within 30 minutes after we arrived. Because the chest of drawers was not anchored into the wall--it turned over when she had three of the six drawers opened while putting her clothes in the drawers. Luckily it was just minor bruising. My daughter was more upset than my granddaughter. The room was not clean at all and there were ALOT of ants in the bathroom. It looked like maybe homeless people were residing under the steps outside. It was not worth the 163.00 that I was charged! I do NOT recommend this place at all.

We only stayed one night and for the most part we were very pleased. We will be back.

Had no kitchen towels. No coffee. No remote for the tv. No ice I. Freezer, no paper towels.

We had a washer and dryer in the villa we stayed in which was behind the hotel in some condominiums as far as the hotel itself im not sure. There was pots and pan in the villa as well and a cooktop stove.

Went to front desk and checked in. Got on the elevator and up to my room to realize that I was not given a key to the room. Down I go back to lobby where they made my keys. I get into the room to realize there is no refrigerator, no microwave . Not even means to make coffee. The room had a jetted tub so I ran the water to let out some of the hot water. It did NOT drain. I tried to use the plunger but it did not workl So, I took my finger to see if maybe I could push the obstruction. Up I pulled to my amazement was a thick strand of BLACK hair about 12 inches long. I am in my 80s, so not hardly mine. One of the grossest things I have ever seen. The cold drink machine would not work.......I had to sign for a towel...when i checked in for my 3 day visit....I was given 1 bar of soap (the 2 inch x 3 inch) Nice ladies at the front desk but this visit worth $50. per night...............MAX The staff was nice enough---------but this place is worth maybe $50. per night.

Great location.

I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children.
