The location on Lake Hamilton was wonderful. We were able to readily access Hot Springs but retreat to a peaceful setting. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They enhanced our anniversary trip by providing special touches. The digital consierge service was very appreciated; we followed the recommendations for food and fun and were well pleased. We loved our stay at Lookout Point. I would have liked to have been able to eat dinner in the dining room rather than in our room which was small. I wonder if replacing some of the pictures, lamps, and decorations in our room with lighter pieces, photos, and art of the surrounding area might blend better with the peaceful wall color and mission style furniture.

Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights

Thank you!

In such an intimate setting, the expectation is that the innkeeper will provide consistent, high-quality interactions with all guests, regardless of race, gender or ethnicity. Thankfully, the rest of the staff did not emulate his behavior; they were kind, attentive, and responsive, which salvaged our experience at this otherwise well-regarded inn.

The chair by the lake . The beautiful and relaxing gardens and waterfalls . Being by the lake , breakfast . Staff was always helpful . Already recommended the place to other people .

They were so accommodating! My husband is vegan, and they went out of their way to prepare special meals just for him. The staff was beyond amazing. The room was lovely and it had everything we needed. The grounds looked beautiful from our balcony. Unfortunately, since we were only there one night and it was raining, we didn’t have a chance to really enjoy them.

It was a wonderful weekend for my daughter's birthday. The hotel is located in a beautiful place on the lake with magical views. All rooms are very comfortable (some with terraces or patios) and have lake views. The service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and people are lovely. I would love to come at a better weather to be able to use the outdoors more. Thank you for creating and maintaining this beautiful place.

We found this Gem driving from Tampa, FL home to OKC. It seems a little pricey, but man was it worth every stinking penny and some. So Clean, and the Staff was so caring and courteous. The amazing VIEW! Holy cow, we have a waterfront lake house, but it can't even compare to the spectacular landscaping and waterfront view. I am not a fan of the "Hot Springs" scene, but this may have changed my mind about ever coming back. I wanna stay a few nights, go on boat rides and enjoy all they have to offer... and it's a lot. They thought of everything! Even a sound machine in our room. I suggested a motion sensor night light to add to the bathroom for us old people who get up in the night. We have absolutely no complaints.
