Wingate by Wyndham Horn Lake Southaven

This is the worst ever I booked on June 3 and also had booked for the following week after staying June 3 it was so terrible I ask for a refund on the following week manger refused my refund I literally didn’t even care I refuse to check it and lost my money which is way better than my health the place is full of mole and it’s saddening that they will not do renovation after all these complaints

Front desk clerk was NOT friendly. Rooms was not cleaned, bathroom floor was dirty(you can tell the floor haven’t been clean for a while). elevator floor was nasty.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk was friendly. I could smell a mild odor, may have been the carpet. The air conditioner in the room i stayed in was loud, and I could not sleep because of the constant door slamming throughout the night. I don't know if it was the placement of my room (at the end of the all) or what, but every time I dozed off there was noise to wake me up. That is not a direct reflection of the business, but it was definitely unfortunate.

Nothing. The bathroom was disgusting. The room was disgusting. The smell was horrible. The hallways were disgusting. The front desk lady was sleeping and had an attitude when I was checking in. She didn’t wanna assist me. Neither did the manager of the building. The TV didn’t work. I would not ever book this hotel again, and I would advise you not to.

The air didn't work well and the remote needed new batteries

I recommend only construction workers to stay here it’s terrible mode in numerous of the rooms we notice in 1 room staff moved us it was in the next room look like termite ate the Funiture this is a TERRIBLE idea of stay we were heading to Jamaica and needed a room close to Memphis airport bc of early flight worst mistake ever

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’m assuming since my last stay the hotel has been independently acquired. The front desk area had a funky smell. Some of the furniture was broken and worn in my room. The free breakfast was very very minimal. Looked like 7-Eleven breakfast sandwiches. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem too eager to help during her shift. The fitness center was pretty decent. I will not be staying at this property in the future.

The bed was just too uncomfortable for me I have a bad back and the bed didn’t feel good!

This is a DUMP!! If at all possible stay somewhere else.

The outside is very nice , but ALOT of Mexican loitering! The room has an old smell, it’s old and the bathroom had mold on the wall. The building is old need a lot of updating

Parking was good. Breakfast could’ve been a little better.

It was a decent location but for 186 dollars o expect a great breakfast like the one I get at the Drury Inn and the rooms are cheaper Nothing no good parking for handicap

Parking was fine. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast, except for the coffee which was good.

Everyone was respectful and helpful It were roaches in my bathroom and the tub was nasty.

The hotel was clean, all the people I encountered that worked there were very nice. I went down for breakfast around 730 and there didn't seem to be anything left but cereal. There were alot of workers that were staying here and I dont know of they cleaned out breakfast or what. Cereal, 1 orange and a yogurt were available.

Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!
