i contacted the front desk about an issue with the sink...it was fixed when i returned to my room. going back to the area in september and i will stay here.

I traveled with my mom and my aunt who are both in their early 70s and Jean at the valet desk and every other employee honestly was overly gracious and helpful with us. It was perfect just their attitude alone is a reason that will always be my first choice in Birmingham.

Everything was great. Very nice facility. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Not having to pay for parking when you are a guest.

The shower wasn’t clean, primarily the soap and hair product dispensers. There was a previous guests hair tangled up in them and they were almost empty.

It wasn’t worth the price. Needed new light bulbs in bedroom, coffee maker didn’t work, and seems like no one had checked that room or stayed in there in a while. I was really disappointed. I used to be in the hospitality industry and would have been reprimanded for this review. You can do better at this price!
