Found a cockroach in the room . Otherwise great place to stay

Our room was somewhat clean. Stains on the chair. Inside of bathroom door looked like someone tried to claw their way out. Asked for an extra pillow and was told that was unavailable.

I felt bad for the employee at the check-in desk. There was no manager onsite (and no one else at the front desk) and the person in front of me checking in had a challenging problem. I had to wait 15 minutes or more to check in because of that. Our bathroom shower was not cleaned well before checkin or during our stay. One of the side doors was left unlocked because there was an issue with the room keys unlocking it for entry.

We would stay here again if passing through the area.

Wish they had complimentary breakfast

This is a nice place to stay, room clean, staff friendly, I had a question about something, staff explained everything with respect and made sure that I didn’t need anything. All staff members that I encounter was very friendly.

Comfortable common space No towels at the pool- pool door lock didn’t initially work

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and smelled great. We didn’t eat breakfast as we were out most of the stay. The rooms were clean. I like that we can control the room temperature. It did feel a bit muggy in the room at times. But overall, our stay was great. I will book again when I do come back.

I would recommend anyone stay at this hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff. It’s nice and close to many restaurants and stores not far off the interstate. Would stay here again!

We have stayed at several places in the area for the last 20 years. This was our 1st time here. We will only stay here from here out! Last place we found a crack pipe under the chair that was the final straw! This please is immaculate, beds are comfy and it actually smelled nice I the building. Bed was comfortable Room was not clean

Hotel was fine. Had a great stay.

All the staff was super nice but not enough. Outside was very clean and there was everything you need around the hotel. The inside of the room had everything you needed but need a little TLC. The bathroom was in really poor condition. The door handle was loose and door needed painted. The shower doors didn’t close all the way and needed more cleaning. I was in room 314.

The location was clean and inviting. When you walk into the lobby you were immediately greeted by staff. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and professional. Was able to check into my room with no hassles. Process was easy and convenient. Having a plumber on site on the weekends. Had a plumbing issue and was told the plumber/maintenance was there. But other than that enjoyed my stay.

The hotel seemed a bit dingy and dirty. The room didn’t smell clean. The mattress cover had spilled coffee on it, so I had to sleep smelling days old coffee. The carpet looked old. The shower water ran out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The shower drain was filthy. Front deck staff was having a personal conversation when we checked in and it didn’t stop.

The second shift desk attendant was extremely rude, cold and disrespectful.

Didn’t have continental breakfast

The staff was poor. Rude and was not attentive to my needs. The night staffer acted like she did not care about anything that I said. Very disappointing
