Room 519 has peeling ceiling paint in the shower, a missing sprayer in the shower head, and a hole in the laminate flooring near the bed. There was no warning that the rooftop bar and pool would be closed on Friday evening for religious reasons when booking through Expedia, and no meat for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, and the parking attendants were very careful with my car though. Not worth ~$850 per night.

Everything was excellent. Will be staying here again.

Shuttle to the Casino doesn’t run after midnight. It was Friday night no shuttle. The hotel needs to get their stories straight we were told from several employees that the shuttle ran until 2:30 am. Not an easy walk at 1:30 in the morning. Will stay somewhere else and I’ll drive from an offsite hotel. The onky reason we used this hotel is because of the shuttle.

Ideal location... close to Casino !!

It's a beautiful property, well kept.High end comforts.The rooftop bar and restaurant was so awesome to visit. The only problem for us was, we are in our 60's, we no longer party all night. The rooftop bar plays very loud music until 1am. They do provide ear plugs in the rooms, however they didn't block out they vibration from the loud the music. We were on level 5, which was two floors under the rooftop bar. This would be so fun in our 20's, but for retired traveling couples this is probably not the best option for a night of peaceful rest. But again a very clean, upscale hotel.

Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at the Hardrock casino.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast options were delicious and the shuttle to the hard rock was phenomenal to make the trip so much smoother. The room was as clean as a diamond. Much appreciated for our accommodations throughout our stay . Thank you for making our experience amazing !

Great hotel, nice staff. Dumb rule you have to hear closed toe shoes to the pool… Realy?!?! You’re in a beach town, a lot of people come with nothing but flip flops.

Upon arrival, maintenance man walked into our room when I was by myself. He was apologetic and was obviously not informed we had checked in, but it felt unsafe and scary. Room was clean but small. Fridge was stocked with over priced items and left no room for our own items. Bathroom very small and shower leaked puddles. Room balcony had great view but the chairs were all broken and couldn’t be sat on. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, except for the shuttle driver who was great and provided a great service. Only option is to valet parking for $35/night. Pool had 4 lounge chairs, total. Free breakfast was pretty good. Roof top bar was cool and not even open the Friday night we were there. Too expensive of a hotel for what you get. Only good thing is the location if you are going to Hard Rock.

Cleanliness,modern building, balcony,staff,location Lound music from rooftop until 2am ,shower floor is left open and water goes all over bathroom which can cause a fall.

It was really nice and clean. Great hotel and directly across from the Hardrock. It’s a perfect second option if the hard rock is sold out

We loved the view of the Casino. The hotel offers a shuttle to go back in forth from the casino. The breakfast hit the spot. Will go back for sure.

I liked the location. We went to a concert at Hard Rock. The Shuttle was great The cleanliness. The bathroom had obviously not been mopped and there was a very large amount of hair on top of the drain in the shower. The shower head was broken and a huge amount of water was spraying out making the floor outside the shower wwt

The front desk staff was amazing! The roof top bar and pool were awesome. I wish that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.tbh that's the first time in years that I've stayed at a hotel without even a small one.

It was very nice overall, clean, nice staff, room was excellent. The only negative thing would be the breakfast bar.. it was a little rough. They had plenty of options but the sausage were little hockey pucks and the pancakes would suck the moisture from your soul they were so dry. Definitely better off taking your chances with the McDonalds. But everything else was perfect.

Exceptional

Room 303 that we stayed in was very very noisy. Didn’t sleep at all. They gave us earplugs and they did not work properly. It was just real noisy. He couldn’t sleep at all.
